Sourcing

We are able to source a wide range of off-market developments and opportunities for investment and development. Past deals completed include off-market bulk residential purchases, land with and without planning, unique homes, commercial property and international resort projects etc.. We source directly for our own development activities but also offer a full-scale development and management facility for private and institutional investors.

Sourcing

We are constantly analyzing a stream of opportunities through an established network of sources we have spent years building up. Due to a hard earned reputation of completing on deals, we are able to gain access to off-market confidential opportunities.

Design

We evaluate the key market demands & then design our projects around these. We have an in-house project management & design team who make projects as desirable as possible. This can be as diverse as implementing aesthetics of the highest order, development branding or improving the recreational offering of an international resort development.

We have achieved planning consents in Portugal, Brazil & the UK (London & external counties) & have also been heavily involved in the French & Moroccan planning process. Planning is a huge part of how we achieve value creation on developments. We source the projects we can add the highest amount of value possible to, in order to ensure our investors achieve the strongest returns in the shortest time possible.

Primarily focussed on the residential sector, we have developed and brought to market a variety of projects including; award winning golf course resorts, city residential apartment buildings, restaurants, warehouses, luxury beach-fronted villas and unique one off super homes. In recent years we have been focusing on the London development market both for end-user purchasers, but also pure investment lead deals in partnership with some of the worlds best service apartment providers. We have a unique way of achieving sales in our projects by using a white-label in-house sales team. Over the last 10 years we have achieved 90% of all sales in our projects (domestic and international) by using this approach. We only generate clients for the project in question & install a dedicated sales & marketing team for each project undertaken.
